I got annoyed trying to look for which games support cross-platform saves / progress, so I decided to make this list. Sometimes you want to play on your computer, sometimes you'd like to play from your couch, y'know?
This isn't a comprehensive list yet, but I'd like to get there eventually. I only have an Xbox and a PC, so I won't be able to verify everything myself. If you see any issues, or if you have any suggestions or additions, I'd love to hear from you.
I'll try to provide official documentation links whenever possible, but that's not always available.
